The Ontario Renters for Fair Housing Coalition provides a number of services to directly support Tenant Associations and renters. Through our membership program, you gain access to practical tools, step-by-step guides, shared resources, and a directory of experienced Tenant Associations to support your self-education in challenging Above Guideline Rent Increases (AGIs). In addition, we offer direct one-on-one training and consultation to help your Tenant Association build effective strategies, prepare evidence, and navigate the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) process.

- Regular check-ins with your tenant association
